FAIR CONTRACTS for EDUCATION WORKERS!

Teachers at Kaplan and writers at Scholastic, represented
by the Newspaper Guild of New York (CWA Local 31003), are fighting for fair contracts and they need your help!
at Kaplan:
A year-and-a-half after voting overwhelmingly for Guild representation, Teachers at Kaplans International Colleges are still fighting for a contract that provides basic benefits for the 90% of the workforce that is part-time. Management refuses to budge. Kaplan ESL Instructors, Backed by their students, say enough is enough!
At Scholastic:
Scholastic, Inc. employees thought they had a new contract to vote on, but management reneged. Now management is refusing to bargain with the Guild. The talented people who produce Scholastic's educational magazines deserve a fair contract now!
Assemble at Kaplan, 623 Broadway (Just north of Houston) at 11:30am and march to Scholastic Inc. at Broadway and Prince
