House and Senate Democrats Introduce “Better Deal” Labor Platform

The announcement comes during the same week that Republicans introduced their contentious tax plan. The eight-part labor platform includes proposals on banning right-to-work laws, banning permanent replacements of striking workers, and limiting employers’ ability to to campaign against union drives in their workplaces.
