GOTV WEEK

This week, the NYC CLC kicked-off our 2013 Labor GOTV Week, aimed at supporting Comptroller Candidate Scott Stringer, and City Council candidates in all five boroughs.  Members of our affiliated unions came out in great numbers to take part in labor walks, phone-banking, and visibility, aimed at reaching their fellow union voters.

On Tuesday, we gathered in Harlem to support Stringer and Council District 7 candidate Mark Levine, and on Wednesday we gathered in the Bronx to support Stringer and Council District 15 candidate Ritchie Torres.

Union members gathered in Staten Island on Thursday, September 5th for Stringer GOTV.

The GOTV Week events will continue this weekend, with events supporting supporting Stringer, along with Daneek Miller (Queens Council District 27) and Kirsten Foy (Brooklyn Council District 36).
