Last year, workers and community activists staged a seven-month-long boycott of the store, and a federal lawsuit, which resulted in Kim agreeing to pay 12 workers roughly $95,000 in withheld overtime pay. This latest call for a boycott comes as a result of stalled negotiations between Kim and newly unionized workers, who are members of RWDSU.

Last Friday, fast food workers gathered near a Bushwick Domino’s to protest the firing of delivery driver Gregory Reynoso. Reynoso was fired for his work to help his fellow employees organize for better wages and the ability to join a union.
